The hotel room was large, impressive. The bed was exceptionally comfortable as expected. The location was ideal, adjacent to grocery stores, the casino, and all Charles Town attractions.

Huge and big room, absolutely amazing stay!

Honestly nothing to complain about. Breakfast with fresh fruit, waffles and also yogurt. Great and ideal location of the hotel, next to the casino and all Charles Town attractions.

Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the location, which was close to several amenities and our workplace. The room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, with a fully-equipped kitchenette. The breakfast offered was top-notch, and the snacks provided were also delicious. Additionally, the laundry facilities were very convenient and helped us to keep our clothes tidy during our stay.

The pool was not as impressive as we had hoped, but it was still a nice addition to the general facilities of the hotel.

We loved this place and would love to return. The staff was friendly and the venue offered free parking. It was conveniently located right by downtown, just a 20-minute walk away. There's also a shuttle service available. If you're looking for a place to eat, Ginza Japanese Steakhouse is within walking distance from the hotel.

During my recent business trip, I had a great experience staying at a hotel in Charles Town. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They even offered a complimentary shuttle service which was very convenient. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which was plentiful and helped me get a good start to my day. The location was also convenient for my business meetings and exploring the surrounding area.

Although my stay was overall positive, there were a few drawbacks. there was a fire alarm that went off in the middle of the night, causing some confusion and disruption.
